I recently had the pleasure of working with Afra Renovations to install wallpaper on an accent wall in my home, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the very beginning, communication was top-notch. Jessica kept me in the loop and answered all my questions promptly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The pricing was fair, and I felt I got great value for the quality of work provided. When installation day arrived, Valeria showed up right on time, fully prepared with everything she needed. I really appreciated how careful she was with my home (and sweet with my kitten!); she took the time to protect my floors and furniture, which meant a lot to me. Working with my 12-foot cathedral ceiling was no easy task, but Valeria handled it like a pro. Her attention to detail was amazing—she asked thoughtful questions to make sure everything was just how I wanted it, even double-checking that I had enough wallpaper to complete the look I envisioned. On top of all that, Valeria was so kind and respectful throughout the entire process. I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be hiring Afra Renovations again in the future. We used AFRA Renovation to install our wallpaper in the powder room. They were great to work with! Very professional from the beginning. Half of our wallpaper shipment from where we ordered it on our own was delayed, AFRA Renovation was very accommodating, understanding and flexible during this time! As soon as our second half of our shipment arrived, we were able to quickly get their team scheduled to finish our powder room. It looks wonderful!!

I don’t usually do reviews but had to comment about the outstanding work this company did. I am very pleased and get many compliments on my bathroom & office. I definitely recommend them they are very professional & detail oriented.

I regret hiring this company for wallpaper installation in my home. From the start, communication was misleading. The person I initially spoke with gave me a price over the phone, but after the job was done, they demanded addional money, claiming the project was larger than expected. However, since no extra wallpaper was left over, our measurements were clearly accurate. Additionally, the person who arrived to do the job was not the one I originally hired. Instead, they sent someone with less experience, and it showed in the final result. The wallpaper in my guest bathroom was installed sloppily—cut crooked, with visible seams where it should be seamless. Worse, they completely skipped putting wallpaper behind the toilet tank and even knicked the paint on the walls. I reached out to have these issues corrected, and while they initially claimed we would "work something out," they have ignored me for the past three months. Every time I call, I’m told to text instead, and then I get excuse after excuse with no follow-through. On top of the poor workmanship, the person who installed the wallpaper left glue residue all over—a mess my husband had to clean up from the walls, vanity, sink, and floor. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality wallpaper installation or professional service.
